Enjoy the sun and the mild climate of the Baltic Sea. The location The exclusive and light-filled apartment is located in a south-east location on the attic, the relay floor of house 4. The Baltic Sea is practically at your doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenha. The pier and the spa park are only a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and excursion destinations. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular lake bridge festival, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family. The equipment The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free WiFi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and flat screen TV. A crib can be placed for a fee and on request you can book a high chair. The stylish bathroom has walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a hallway with wardrobe. On the large roof terrace equipped with garden furniture and parasol, you can relax, sunbathe and sit together. From here you have a unique view into the nearby coastal forest in a northeast direction and the Tarnewitzer Urwald landscape reserve in a south direction. The roof terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. Except for a threshold to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be accessible. On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the resort – in house 5 there is a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and relaxation room at your disposal. For a small rental fee, bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the reception. In the in-house café 'Up Wiek' is our guest reception with reception and lounge. When the weather is nice, we are happy to welcome you to our terrace. The cafe has its own small children's playground as well as free Wi-Fi.
