The perfect location for a family getaway, central to Hopewell Rocks and Fundy. Our home offers breathtaking views and amazing sunsets. You’ll be delighted by the spacious layout. This rental offers both a sunroom and balcony, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dinning and living area on the main level and a 3rd large bedroom, bathroom and bonus room upstairs. Downstairs in the walkout basement is a gaming room shared with other guests. *Please read entire listing The space On the mail level is the Kitchen, dinning / living room with custom built in electric fireplace and 65”TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, sitting area and chaise lounger, a queen room and bathroom with bathtub also on the main level. Upstairs you will find an additional master bedroom, a smaller bonus room with a single chaise and bathroom with shower. Downstairs is our games-room, this room is shared with other guests. Also downstairs is an additional guest apartment. The garage, attic and additional areas in the basement are not included and you may find us in these areas. Our dogs live on the property with us and they are oftentimes seen in the fenced area at the back of the house. There is lots of areas outside to relax and enjoy the view and watch the many unique kinds of birds. We also have children's outdoor toys and don’t forget to enjoy the magnificent sunset from inside the home, on the balcony, in the backyard or looking over the water by the lighthouse. Guest access Our guests are welcome to stroll around our outside property, it extends its way down to the riverbank, access to the water and our private beach area is only accessible occasionally, when water levels permit. There is public beach access just past the lighthouse with a larger beach at the bird sanctuary or in waterside. Other things to note The closest grocery store is located in the Village of Hillsborough. Sussex or Moncton are the closest shopping districts. Locally we have a convenient store and pharmacy with necessities. This rental does not include the garage area. Outside spaces (over 2 acres landscaped) are shared with us and other guests. We are often times found in the trailer on the property. You may hear and see our dogs in the large kennel area behind our attached garage. We are breeders and occasionally might have puppies as well. We kindly ask that if you have been in contact with any animals that have a commutable disease (ie: Parvovirus) please inform us prior to your arrival. — Our internet is rural, we have the best option for our area, however you may notice speeds and reliability might be less then you will have in the city. This rental is the main portion of the house, there is an apartment below that is also rented and we occupy other areas downstairs as well. For everyone's privacy games room use requires requesting access. During times that we have puppies, the games room will be unavailable. *Damage deposit is required and rental agreement.
