Relaxing Lake Home near Omaha; sleeps 9; 3 baths

Our beautiful lake home is a 20-30 min. drive to everywhere in Omaha. Enjoy fishing or walking the 1.5 mile trail around the lake and relaxing on our shaded deck or patio overlooking the lake. Our lower level has a 70” smart TV, a kitchenette, a butler’s pantry, & a pool table. All bedrooms have fresh white cotton linens. You'll have 3 queen beds, 1 double; 1 twin; 2 full baths on lower level; 1 full bath on upper. The space You will love the gorgeous views while relaxing on our deck, patio, or from inside our beautiful and spacious home! You will enjoy four private bedrooms three with queen-size comfortable beds, and the fourth with a comfortable double bed. We also have a fifth sleeping area , the reading nook, with a comfortable twin size mattress which is not in a separate bedroom, but in a little alcove just off of the TV area and adjacent to the double bedroom in the lower level . The main level bedroom has an attached full private bathroom. Two of the lower level bedrooms are a suite of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition to using our upper level, you can use our walk-out lower level for relaxing, watching television, and playing pool on our full-sized pool table. The bedrooms and bathroom and entire home are exceptionally clean and comfortable. IMPORTANT NOTE: My husband and I live in this home. We are sometimes out of town, so we may or may not be home at all during your stay. If we are home, you will have as much privacy as you desire. My husband and I have our own private area and we enter and exit through the garage. The upstairs kitchen is shared, but with the new lower level kitchenette and butler's pantry you may not want to use the upstairs kitchen at all. Guest access You will have access to all areas of our home except: 1) the main floor master bedroom suite areas where my husband and I will be residing; 2) the lower level storage areas; and 3) the garage. You can use our circle driveway to park your car(s), enter through our front door, use our living room, lower level living areas, and patio, and deck for relaxing. It's an easy 30-minute drive to TD Ameritrade Park, Old Market, CHI Event Center, and the Henry Doorly Zoo. Our washer and dryer are available for your use upon request. Other things to note I want to reiterate here that my husband and I live in this home. We may or may not be home during your stay, but if we are, we have our own private area and we enter & exit through the garage. The upstairs kitchen is shared, but we are often gone. We are no longer providing breakfast, however, we continue to provide water, a variety of coffees, creamer, and tea. With the refrigerator (with top freezer), and beverage refrigerator downstairs, you will have plenty of space to store your own food. We strive to make your visit comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
