New 55" flat screen with cable and FAST internet for Work From Home The space This spacious, stylish home, over 1900 sq. feet, offers an open living and dining room and large kitchen with high ceilings. The King bedroom downstairs has its own bathroom. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms (2 Queens, 2 Twins) plus a sitting room with tv and pull-out sofa. The twins room is attached to the Queen suite and shares a bathroom. Near hiking trails, bike paths, shopping, wineries, cider houses and breweries. I’ll send you a list of my favorites. We are set up for Work from (Vacation) Home with a desk, excellent Steelcase seating and super-fast internet. All rooms are sunny and roomy. The house has central air conditioning as well as a deck to enjoy sunny afternoons and cool evenings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, the large living spaces and the outdoor deck for grilling. Please request Sunday to Sunday dates in summer 2022 (June 19-Sept 4). Guest access Check out the newest tasting room in town, Gilchrist Farm Winery Tasting Room for wines and small plates. Guests love they can walk to the beach and town from the Schoolhouse Cottage. If you want to explore Leelanau County, it just a 10-15 minute scenic drive from Traverse City, Leland, Northport and 20 minutes to Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Other things to note Everyone will enjoy evening strolls through town, savoring Moomer's ice cream just one block away, window shopping or catching a film at The Bay Theatre. Leelanau County is a wonderful place to build family memories!
