Condo is located on the 12th floor with a city/ocean facing view. ***NO PETS PLEASE*** The space -Studio is located on the 12th floor of a 20 story building with a city & ocean view. -PR does not have hot water plumbing. Showers have a small heater unit attached to them to properly heat the water. -There is WiFi as well as 55" HD TV with access to streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, and others. -Use the provided ironing board and not the dining table or bed to iron your clothes. -Please be considerate of other people who reside in the building complex as there are people who live. -No excessively loud music or noise as there are residents who live in the complex. -The condo complex has assigned parking, security 24/7 at the gate and on foot around the complex. Police patrol the neighborhood periodically. Guest access Coral Beach has a pool, children pool, playground with BBQ units (rental), basketball court, tennis court, and direct gated access to Isla Verde Beach. Guests will have access to all these amenities. Key fob is required to enter area as well as renter the property coming from the beach. Other things to note ***PR is an island that is prone to hurricane's, unknown weather issues, as well as electrical and plumbing issues due to the city's infrastructure. Any issues with the city power grid/plumbing that affect that condo building, are beyond my control, but I will do my best to keep the renter updated, and assist in any reasonable request way that I can***
