There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate one person. With respect to electrical appliances, there is a 42 inch TV connected to the house internet with streaming services. There is also a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge all in the space. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen for guests to cook their own meals. Also includes driveway parking, front and rear gardens. Exclusive guest living room and shared bathroom on second floor. Washing machine and dryer available in basement laundry room. Other things to note I have specified a single room cleaning fee for check out, assuming you prefer to clean the room yourself during your stay. If you would like your space cleaned during your stay a separate payable cleaning can be arranged. Common spaces are cleaned every week.
