Warm and luminous mountain house in beautiful forest surroundings on the shore of Trabunco stream, located a few blocks from the downtown. On the ground floor, the house is composed of a complete kitchen integrated to the living room and dining room. It has a fireplace and an exit to a large deck that overlooks the stream. There is a bedroom with two single beds and complete bathroom. On the upper floor, a second living room and the master bedroom in suite, with dressing room and bathroom. The space The house is implanted at the height of magnificent cups of oaks and cherry trees that surround it, on a lot of great slope that extends to the banks of the stream Trabunco. The views and serenity are dazzling. It has its own parking lot for two cars and a beautiful rose garden. Guest access Our guests have access to all the spaces of the house with the exception of the deck, which cannot be accessed due to security; parking and garden with grill. Other things to note A place that transmits peace and tranquility to enjoy this unique corner of Patagonia next to the mountain range, its imposing native forests, ... to learn to distinguish its native species, the pelline oaks, the majestic coihues, raulíes, cypresses, ñires, maitenes, radales ...... the magnificent lengas, which characterize the vegetation of our Chapelco ski resort. The variety of its wild flowers, gorse, quivers, chochos, the delicate amancay and many others that are discovered at every step. The diversity of its birds and birds, with special mention of the local cauquenes and their unique squawk.
