Casa Sevilla is a restored house from the 1920's that adds together: 2 studio apartments with private entrance, kitchenette, and private terrace + 1 Apartment Suite on the top floor with a huge terrace and Kitchenette + 4 rooms with private bathroom. Our rooms are located in 3 levels, and most of them are walk-up access as we do not have elevators. We also count with a lovely rooftop full equipment. The main house has its own kitchen on the ground floor and many more amenities for your entertainment! Enjoy your private terrace or share one of the intimate shared sitting areas. Make it yours by renting the entire house with 7 rooms, the main house with 5 rooms, or the 2 studio apartments. Near the beach, within the famous Condado neighborhood, Casa Sevilla is a gem of a restored house from the 1920's that embodies Spanish colonial architecture with Caribbean charm. This amazingly decorated 5 bedroom home consists of a main residence with 5 separate bedrooms and baths. The top floor “Flamingo” master suite includes a huge terrace and Kitchenette in addition to 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms located within the main house. The rooms are located on 2 levels, with walk-up access. There is also a lovely furnished rooftop with great views of the Condado neighborhood. The main house has its own ample sized kitchen on the ground floor and many more amenities for your entertainment! Enjoy your private terrace or share one of the intimate shared sitting areas. There are also two attached but independent apartments that are rented separately and not included in this rental - guests staying in the independent apartments do not have access to the common areas of the main house - they are exclusively available to you. Casa Sevilla is the unbeatable setting to your unforgettable Puerto Rican experience! This cheery and bright beach style guest house located in the center of the stylish Condado neighborhood, and can host up to eleven (11) guests comfortably. Guests will have exclusive access to the common areas of the home, which are: the front patio with outdoor shower, the large fully equipped kitchen and our beautiful rooftop, plus the kitchenette located inside the Flamingo Penthouse master suite. You will also enjoy unlimited wifi use, complimentary bicycles, our variety of literary works, board games, and beach articles. Casa Sevilla is located just two blocks away from the beach (6-minute walk), the Condado Lagoon, and Ashford Ave. which is full of Puerto Rico's most famous restaurants, bars, and casinos. It is also located nearby a lot of captivating attractions such as La Placita de Santurce and museums. Casa Sevilla is less than ten minutes away from Old San Juan and the Puerto Rico Convention Center, and it is also super close to the main airport (12 minutes).
