Escape the New York heat in the Hamptons. Our home is in a prime location with just a short walk to the Shinnecock canal for fishing, a 5min walk to the newly renovated Canoe Place where you can enjoy their new restaurant, bar and spa, and a 20min walk to the secluded Peconic Bay beaches, more restaurants and night life. Relax at home playing a game of pool, BBQing on the deck, or lounging on the large front and back yard. If you trailer your boat, launching ramps are nearby. The space Three full bedrooms gives plenty of space for families and friends to spread out and get comfortable. Our home has two full bathrooms and we provided all towels and linens. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals and dinners at home a nice option to the many restaurants and bars in the area. A big deck includes an outdoor BBQ and patio set. The home also comes with a pool table and large living room. Air conditioning is available in every room. Guest access As guests, you have access to the entire private upstairs of our home, which includes three bedrooms and two full baths, kitchen, living room, pool room, washer/dryer, deck with patio furniture and BBQ, and wifi. Other things to note Whether playing a game of pool, sunbathing on the deck, surfing the internet (laptop available) or playing games in the yard, everyone will love the spacious rooms and grounds. Or get all together and enjoy a BBQ of fresh fish caught down the block at the Shinnecock Canal.
