The grounds feature a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and grapevines—ideal for relaxation and outdoor fun with family and friends. The space Lavender Hill Farmhouse is a spacious and inviting getaway, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for family vacations or group stays. The property features a game room providing hours of entertainment. Set on 11 acres of beautiful land, it boasts a serene 3-acre pond, ideal for fishing or peaceful views. With plenty of outdoor space and comfort indoors, this farmhouse is the perfect retreat for relaxation and fun. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud noises after 10:00 PM. No Trespassing: Please respect neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing. Supervision Required: Children and pets must be supervised at all times, as there is no fence around the pool or pond. Smoking: Smoking is allowed only by the fire pit. No smoking inside the house. Please discard your butts in the trash. Pet Fee: A $50 charge applies for pets. Hot Tub Fee: There is a $50 charge for use of the 10-person hot tub (for cleaning and filling). Please notify us at least two days before your stay if you'd like to use the hot tub. Check-out Time: 11:00 AM on your scheduled departure date. Late check-out must be approved in advance and will incur an additional night’s charge. Cleaning: Please leave the house in the condition it was upon arrival. Pick up trash, return items to their places, and clean any dirty dishes or run the dishwasher before departing. Towels & Trash: Please place dirty towels in the laundry room and consolidate all trash into the outside bins.
