Beautiful Lake Tahoe Large Home w/ Pool table

Welcome to my Childhood home in beautiful Lake Tahoe. This Home has many amazing characteristics for you to enjoy! its only 1 mile in the neighborhood to Safeway and a few local restaurants as well as being right next to Nevada beach, Roundhill pines, and Zephyr cove beach which are all very popular! It is located only a few minutes from the casinos and Heavenly ski resort. This house is laid out great and well equipt for family gatherings and fun getaways with tons of room for entertainment! The space This family house is nestled in Roundhill Village on 1/3 acre with two vacant lots on each side, which is great for privacy. You can even steal a peak of Lake Tahoe from the kitchen and deck! Our large kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove with 2 ovens, which is great for an eat-in breakfast or dinner. A large side by side refrigerator and dishwasher complete the kitchen. On the deck right outside the kitchen there is a BBQ stocked with propane (BBQ utensils are in the drawers right inside the sliding glass door) Upstairs living room is equipped with a 55 inch flat screen TV and a Bluetooth Sony sound bar system that can play music from your phone, devices or the TV. There is also a double sided fireplace that is between the living room and the kitchen. The couch in the room pulls out into a full bed as well. There is also a large downstairs family room that has another large 55 inch tv and bluetooth stereo system with a Pool table, foosball table and comes with a large bar, complete with a sink, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. The Master bedroom has a California king bed with a 37 inch flatscreen TV and two sliding glass doors to the rear deck. There is a Spa like bathroom connected that boasts a large jetted tub and a large double shower head steam shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a full bathroom right outside the door which is also the main upstairs bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a walk in closet and its own bathroom right outside the door connected to the living room Bedroom 4 has one twin bed and 1 set of bunk beds with a bathroom right outside the door Bedroom 5 has 1 sets of bunk beds and one twin bed. The bathroom is right outside the door between bedroom 4 and 3 Bedroom 6 is a mother in law unit with a separate entrance on the bottom level of the home in the rear that is set up like a studio apartment featuring a kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, queen bed, flat screen tv and a full bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including 2 main floors, 3rd floor which is the Mother in law unit with then entrance in the rear, decks, a two car garage and the backyard which is great for sledding during the winter season! Other things to note The house uses radiant heat, so it will be set to a comfortable temperature that cannot be changed. But there are two fireplaces that heat the home quickly for any extra heat that is desired! NO PETS ALOUD IN THE HOME. If pets are brought their will be a $250 fine for extra cleaning and sanitizing and can result in the reservation being ended early. Only 5 vehicles are aloud on the property at any time. That is 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Renters will be given parking passes to fill out that must be placed in their dashboards when parked. Quiet hours for the county are designated between 9pm and 8am. The county strictly enforces this so be mindful you don’t want a ticket! There are security cameras on the exterior of the house. 1 in the front drive way and 1 on the rear lower deck outside the mother in law unit. There is a noise decibel monitor in the upstairs kitchen due to requirement from the county. This does not record anything or save anything but decibels All gathering or events that exceed the maximum occupancy are prohibited again due to the county’s rules. VHR PERMIT NUMBER: DP18-0161
