Located on the shore of Lake Simcoe, less than an hour's drive from Toronto, This rustic cottage has views of Lake Simcoe and is conveniently located steps above a small sandy beach area. This Cottage features a living room with a flat-screen TV, a balcony and a wet bar with a refrigerator. There are three bedrooms—one with your choice of resort king or two twin beds and another with two queen beds. A unique feature of this cottage also has a third small bedroom with a single bed and a sink. This is a Three-bedroom cottage with spectacular views of Lake Simcoe. There is a living room overlooking the lake with a deck outside for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. One bedroom has a king bed which can be split into twin beds and the second bedroom has two queen beds as well as the third bedroom with one single bed and a sink. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower, with Lakeview from the tub. A small kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, bar fridge, cups and glasses are all included. Guests will have access to walking trails and a shared sandy beach area. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. The chalet has some years to it but it is well maintained. The furniture inside is old and might have some old stains and not be able to remove. We followed the Vrbo cleaning protocol, and make sure the place was sterilized before guests check in. No Loud Noise allowed after 10 pm outside and do not disturb your neighbor. Parking with “parking permit” in designated parking spots ONLY, NO parking is allowed on the road. (Parking permit will be providing when check in if needed) Wear face masks and practicing social distancing. (2 meters away from each other) Limitation of 10 people per group in public area. Suggestion: Do not drink water directly from the tap. No boat or jet ski allowed to stay or park within the 100ft from shoreline. Keep their garbage inside of the property when check out. Bugs and wildlife may appear around the property and this is normal as this are country style cottages. (Some bugs may enter the room when door is open) The lake and beach area does not have lifeguards. Using the lake at your own risk. For guests who under 18 need to be monitored by their guardians when using the lake. Smoking is not allowed on the beach. Only smoke in the designated area. Guests need to collect their own garbage before they leave the beach. (There is a garbage bin in the beach area)
