The space This is a big old family beach cottage in Umdloti Beach, one road back from beach with Sea Views. Large pool and garden area and Huge deck area for lazing or braaiing with family on the deck. Bottom apartment separate from the house, very private and separate from the house, possible sharing of the swimming pool. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire top floor of the property and access to top driveway. There is a garden cottage situated below the main house. Shared swimming pool. Other things to note Thando the house keeper works: Monday to Saturday 8am to 12:30 Makes beds and cleans kitchen No work on Sundays or Public holidays. Laundry can be done for R60 a load, washed and hung to dry. If not dry by 12:30 when Thando leaves, it’s your responsibility to take off the line or if no rain, Thando can take down the next day (providing it’s not a Sunday or Public Holiday). If you’d like cleaning on a Sunday or Public Holiday please prearrange with your host, at an extra cost. Elias the grounds man occasionally stays over on the property in an out house, he tends to the pool, garden and braai's.
