The bay is SO MUCH safer for swimming and playing (because of how calm it generally is), and with the waters edge only like .. 4 steps away, and kayaks & SUPs included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations. Not to mention can comfortably sleep up to 12 people! Even if your group is a smaller, this unit will be a great space for everyone to have their own area and, most importantly, tons of fun! The lower level of the unit is the carport/patio/back yard, which includes an area for parking if you want (or use the parking lot), relaxing in the shade, the grass lawn, and then your sand and water just mere steps away. This is also where you will find the 2 kayaks, 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards, Cornhole, and grill, all included with the rental. I promise you, your family will live in this outdoor area. In and out of the water, playing yard games on the lawn, eating at the picnic tables or kicking back in the Adirondacks. No long hikes back to the unit for what you forgot. Your toys, coolers, cars, bathroom, whatever you want or need all in one spot and always close to you. Even the pool is less than a minute walk! More about the unit: This is a three story townhouse. So, when you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living and dining room, balcony, kitchen, the bunk bed area (twin over full), one bedroom (with queen bed), and a full bathroom. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has an attached bathroom, its own private balcony, and offers a King size bed, as well as a Day Bed providing 2 twin beds. The second suite offers two queen beds and an attached private bathroom. Essentially the unit is set up to sleep up to 4 people in the Master Suite, up to 4 in the Guest Suite, and up to 4 in the Guest and Bunk area downstairs. Each area having its own Full Bathroom. So we cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will either have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, do note that while here, you may see dogs on the community property, as the rules do allow the Owners of units to have pets. If while onsite, you see an Owner walking their dog, we wanted you to understand why. 3) The unit is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 12 guests. This includes up to 12 adults. Any requests to accommodate more than 12 guests will not be considered. At no point during your stay may your occupancy exceed 12 guests unless otherwise approved. 4) You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian.
