Only a five minute walk to manette coffee and chaos brewing company , a staple in the area for great food and brews , pool and dancing. The location is unbeatable. The home is an updated modern cabin . It's very open and has a great cabin feel. This cozy yet modern home has a wall of windows where nature falls into your lap. This is a space to enjoy a clean, quiet house and a restful place for busy professionals, may you be a travel nurse or military. We ask that you are clean and respectful and treat our home like it’s yours. This home is not suitable for toddlers or families. This home will not tolerate drugs, parties, excessive drinking or unfriendly people. This room is our converted dining nook- it has a pocket sliding door with a pad that will fit your combo lock with your code to lock from the outside for your peace of mind. That being said we have had zero issues as all the roommates are super respectful and working professionals. THIS ROOM IS SMALL AND COZY AND IS PRICED ACCORDINGLY. There is double bed that sleeps on the soft side, a bedside table, a lamp and a clothing rack to hang clothes. There are two windows with blinds.
