Other nearby attractions include Beuscher State Park, Colorado River, Golf, zip-lining. Smithville is a short drive from major cities of Austin, Houston and San Antonio. It makes for a great place for a quick get away, family reunion or antiquing. There are two homes on the property. This is for the entire back house only. The space his is an open studio. There is no bathroom sink/mirror as this was originally built as an art studio and was not built with one. There are full length mirrors provided on both the bathroom and laundry room doors and there is a mirror in the kitchen near the sink for shaving etc. There are two homes on the property but separated and private.
