Enjoy a stay in the charming town of Smithville in this adorable guest house - light and bright. The studio is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Other nearby attractions include Beuscher State Park, Colorado River, Golf, zip-lining. Smithville is a short drive from major cities of Austin, Houston and San Antonio. It makes for a great place for a quick get away, family reunion or antiquing. There are two homes on the property. This is for the entire back house only. The space This is a open studio. There is no bathroom sink/mirror as this was originally built as an art studio and was not built with one. There are full length mirrors provided on both the bathroom and laundry room doors and there is a mirror in the kitchen near the sink for shaving etc. Guest access Access to the property is via the alleyway. Other things to note There is a train that runs through Smithville and our property is located across the street from the train tracks.
