Modern Top Floor Studio - Sunny w/ Rooftop & Views
About the host
Description
This modern, bright studio is decked out with hand-picked, luxurious furnishings like a heavenly king size bed, down pillows, orchids, and salon style bathroom amenities. The kitchen is stocked with specialty ingredients, condiments, coffee, and spices from around the world -- and with Whole Foods right downstairs, you'll never be short of food and beverage options. Walk to cafes and restaurants, too. Enjoy the rooftop deck and its breathtaking view of the city while you're at it! This spacious studio has a king size, tempurpedic, top-of-the-line bed. (It was $5,000.) The comfy and a brand new couch has cushions filled with down, and can comfortably sleep an additional person if needed. I've also got a great air mattress if you'd prefer. The mounted 4K 50" inch Vizio TV is hooked up with with Bose surround sound stereo system and Apple TV for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the HBO Go, Netflix, ABC, Amazon, and ESPN subscriptions to watch your favorite shows, new movies, news, or to catch one of the latest games. The well stocked, full service kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Help yourself to the stock of spices (some brought back recently from Istanbul's famous spice market), coffee, loose leaf teas, premium Sir Kensington's condiments, and plenty of olive oil, ghee, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and fresh herbs growing in the window. In addition to standard pots and pans, enjoy and make use of the Cuisinart, vegetable spiraler, tea kettle, soda steam, and glass tupperware. The spacious bathroom has an upgraded spa-style showerhead and plenty of hot water. Help yourself to the body wash, shampoo, condition and lotion that your host has selected for you. Guests will have access to the private 700 sqf studio and all of its bathroom, kitchen, and entertainment amenities. Guests can also access the gym and the building's rooftop deck. There is free street parking. Guests will most likely never see me! When you're staying here, the place is all yours. Potrero Hill is one of the sunniest and warmest parts of San Francisco and sits just 1 mile south of the Financial District. Walking distance to AT&T park, Dolores Park, downtown, and the Mission District, Potrero Hill is a great neighborhood from which to explore the best that SF has to offer. With easy access to major thoroughfares, it's convenient to SFO, East Bay, and the Peninsula, too. I-80, 280, and 101 are only a short drive away, making it easy to get in and out of the city when you're ready to get out of town. Sonoma and Napa Valley are within an hour away (depending on where you're headed) -- and the Bay and the Pacific ocean both close nearby. There is free street parking in the neighborhood and it's usually easy to find a spot on your first attempt. BART, Muni, and Caltrain are within walking distance if you'd like to use public transit. Uber & Lyft drivers are usually available within a couple minutes of requesting their services. It's also quite easy to walk to nearby restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The area has a walk score of 90. I've stocked the kitchen with coffee, sugar, and creamers for your morning enjoyment. Guests should feel free to help themselves to any condiments in the fridge. There is a wide selection of Sir Kensington's mayo, mustard, and ketchup as well as Norm's Farms jams, extract, and elderflower syrup. Like cooking vinegars? Me, too! Help yourself.
