I will be staying in the room down the hall if the guest need anything they can talk to me directly or reach me by phone if I am not around. Located "inside the loop" this house sits on a nearly secluded block with only 3 other homes. The neighborhood is up and coming but it is quiet and peaceful. Occasionally, but not often, a train may use the track located near the home and the horn will be audible outside. Two of three freeways the home has easy access two are actually viewable from the property (I-610, 225, & I-45). Houston is typically known as a driving city because of how "spread out" it is, however, the property is located only 3 miles away from the Magnolia Park Transit Center if you prefer to use the MetroRail to access Downtown, Hermann Park, BBVA Soccer Stadium, University of Houston, Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Stadium, Midtown, YMCA, Library, Groceries, and other well known locations. If you prefer to drive, 2 of the 3 freeways the home has easy access two are actually viewable from the property (I-610, 225, & I-45). You can zip around Houston in no time!
