It is open to the kitchen which is fully equipped. Your stay can therefore take place independently sincea refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher are available. In winter, if you don't feel like a large kitchen, prepare a raclette sincea device is available. For breakfast, if you do not choose the option, you will be able to use the Dolce Gusto coffee maker or coffee machine☕, the kettle as well as the toaster. Upstairs, the bedroom has quality Queen size bedding and the bed is made on arrival. Its raw wooden headboard gives a cozy side to the room and makes it a place to rest but also a place to relax with its flat screen TV📺. On request at the time of booking (€20), we can prepare a crib 👶 or extra bed to accommodate a child. ⚠️ The third bed may not be suitable for an adult. The capacity is therefore 2 adults + 1 infant or child. The bathroom, equipped with a double vanity, large shower, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine is spacious and bright. Towels are provided as well as bathrobes and slippers for wellness services. Ironing board and iron, fans, cooking utensils, … Nothing is missing to make your stay as comfortable as possible🤗! After a day in Reims, you will enjoy relaxing in the outdoor space since the rental includes access to a common terrace with the other occupants of the property, so it makes it a real place of exchange, sharing and conviviality. 🏋‍♂️ For the more active, a sports area is open access with cardio equipment and muscle building. And if you prefer the wide open spaces, many hiking trails are available from the cottage including a magnificent vineyard hillside overlooking the village and the church classified as a historical monument. The relaxation area is in private access for an hour or two depending on the option you chose when booking. You can choose to subscribe for €40 or clean the property yourself to make it as clean as when you arrived. Other things to note If you are hesitating between the privacy of a cottage and the charm of the guest room, Le Sablon is for you. Built in the outbuilding of an old farmhouse typical of the Reims region, you will enjoy a totally independent stay but close to your hosts. You will be directly seduced by this renovation that perfectly combines comfort with the charm of the old, all in a bucolic and relaxing setting and enjoying the benefits of the well-being services offered in addition.  Located about 20 minutes from the heart of Reims and 45 minutes from Epernay, this cottage is the ideal point to radiate over Champagne and discover the historical heritage (the Reims Cathedral, its Christmas market, the Gueux car circuit), the wine region and the landscapes of the Marne. Your rental in Unchair can also allow you to reach the capital in 1.5 hours or be a base to extend a stay at Disneyland Paris.
