1910 House is perfectly located in the Historic Uptown area of Kingston two blocks to the NYC bus, local restaurants, the Saturday farmers market, music venues, historic museums & more. Be sure and read my listing carefully to see if my house will meet your needs. This is more of a vintage style house. No kitchen access except for weekly or long-term rentals. I only accept guests who have previous experience and reviews on Airbnb. The space Your private bedroom and private bathroom upstairs are light filled and comfortable. The bedroom has hardwood floors, a area rug, Complimentary WiFi A flat-screen television with Roku A mini fridge with complimentary sodas Electric tea kettle & tea assortment Iron (in bathroom cabinet bottom shelf) Make-up mirror Hair dryer Air conditioning The room is cozy and faces the street with trees and a garden. You are welcome to use the living room & porch which is a great spot to sit in the morning with your coffee. I have information on all of the local attractions, hiking maps etc. in your room along with magazines. There is a queen bed with bedding, and New Beautyrest pillows (organic cotton/certified allergy free). Your huge private bathroom has a claw foot tub with a shower, a beautiful vintage marble sink and is steps from your bedroom. Please be sure and look at the photos carefully I want to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The tub has a shower above it and there is a large step to get into the tub. If you think you might not be comfortable (or have issues with balance) with this set up you will probably want to rent a more modern Airbnb. Kitchen access is LONG TERM rentals- (longer than weekends.) Amenities include: TV with Netflix Air conditioning Fridge/coffee maker/tea kettle/complimentary sodas & sometimes fruit Huge bathroom with extra long claw foot tub & shower. All linens and towels, soap,shampoo. Well appointed Kitchen (for full house rental/weekly or LONG TERM ) Covered front porch with table & chairs which you are welcome to use anytime you want Furnishings are vintage style / shabby chic (eclectic) The entire house is regularly cleaned by a professional housekeeper and they adhere to Airbnb’s enhanced protocol. Guest access You’ll have the entire upstairs to yourself and use of front porch, living room, bathroom and of course your bedroom. You’ll enter through a touch screen lock with a code which I will give you. During your stay You will check yourself in with a keypad lock that you’ll receive a code to. You are welcome to use the living room, and front Porch. You will have your privacy but can text me anytime with questions. I live on the property in a separate part of the house downstairs. You’ll have complete privacy.
