Rockridge Apartment Near Bart & College Ave

Beautiful and bright home with private access superbly situated on a quiet block in the heart of Rockridge. This lovely, light-filled space is the lower level of our our home. The private entrance sits on a private patio deck exclusively for our Airbnb guests and sits across from our lemon tree, fresh lavender, and breathtaking views. Patio features an outdoor table for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. The space 3 blocks from the famous and bustling College Ave, full of great restaurants and shops, and walking distance to BART. Did we mention that it's centrally located and less than an hour's drive away from both Sonoma and Napa?! We provide a travel crib upon request. It's an excellent location: four blocks from public transit, a neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, and shops, quick walking distance access to BART and the famous and bustling College Avenue. It's in a trendy Oakland neighborhood: Rockridge, and full of some of the highest-quality foodie establishments in the world. Despite being 4 blocks from BART and the freeway, we are far enough away from the crowds and traffic because our house is on a quiet residential street. We offer complimentary locally-roasted coffee and teas. We provide standard provisions like clean towels and linens, hairdryer, etc. You'll have a nice private patio deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, pick some fresh lemons, or just sit and lounge in the sun. The television is equipped with Roku. You will need your own login for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. There are queen size beds in both bedrooms. We recently added a wall to make a proper second bedroom for privacy. The second bedroom does not have windows. The kitchen has basic amenities with cooking pans, coffee maker, microwave and stove. There is a dishwasher but we ask that it not be used, it's old school and needs to be connected to the sink externally, so please do not use, it just adds some counter space. For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb. Guest access Private patio deck leads to private front entrance of the guest house. No access to the main house. This apartment is below the main house, so you may hear foot steps. Other things to note Unrestricted street parking We strive to be equal opportunity hosts. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you.
