Casa Marullo Ocean View home with private pool

Just minutes from the beach, Casa Marullo Ocean View Villa is a modern, open floor plan home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace overlooking the sea, a deck equipped with confrontable patio furniture and a BBQ nestle among a lush garden, a pool to relax and a 360 view rooftop. It's where the sea meets happiness!!! The space Casa Marullo is a private home minutes from the quaint town of Rincon, nestled near sweeping hillsides and tropical scenery in the Caribbean islands. Located a few minutes away from pristine Sandy Beach and the best Rincon restaurants and bars, Casa Marullo provides a comfortable resting place for those that want to have an activity-filled day, but a quiet place to return to at night. Backup electric and water ensure a completely pleasant stay. Other things to note At Casa Marullo we want your safety first. We suggest you read our guest handbook for details about the house. We also want to note that after using the pool please make sure you are dry before entering the house. The floors can be very slippery when wet. The pool maintenance company comes every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool. They acces the pool thrugh the biig gate. Our part of town has issues with electricity and water. Sometimes we don’t have enough power coming to the house. This causes low voltage to the appliances. Luckily we have a power plant when this happens to compensate. If this happens during your stay please call or text me so I can let the caretaker know to turn on the power plant. We also have two water cisterns for a total of 1,100 gallons of water. Our house is located on a mountain surrounded by nature. During certain months of the year, in rainy days, we get lots of small flying insects. We recommend you close all doors and turn all the a/c on to prevent the bugs from coming into the house.
