Located on the first floor of the our house. Part of an earlier building, thoughtfully renovated and refreshed by us. It offers a warmer, more home-like atmosphere, enhanced by a cozy country-style design that invites instant relaxation. Perched above the landscape, it boasts open, breathtaking views. Whether admiring the forest and vineyards by day, or the moon and stars by night, this little green oasis is here to offer you a peaceful retreat close to nature. The space Our cozy home is a charming three-story blue wooden house. We live on the ground floor and part of the first floor, while the other part of the first floor has been thoughtfully renovated into your exclusive little sanctuary — Soft Green House. Though we share the same building, you will enjoy a completely independent entrance and your own private balconies on both levels. The pathways are separate, ensuring full privacy. You can come and go freely, like a secret guest, embracing your own peaceful retreat. The ground-floor terrace is also thoughtfully divided between our area and yours. Occasionally, you might glimpse us on our side of the terrace, but rest assured — we’re busy with our own lives and won’t disturb your vacation. Since we share the same structure, occasional sound may travel; we kindly ask for quiet evenings, and we will do the same to create a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone. 🌄 Scenery & Atmosphere Soft Green House is slightly elevated above the surrounding landscape, offering stunning views of the Black Forest and vineyards. In the morning, you can lounge in bed and watch the soft sunrise; at night, the moon and stars quietly accompany you. Other things to note We’re soft souls with firm boundaries. Here’s what you need to know before booking: 🚫 No parties, no DJs. This is a place for peace, not a personal music festival. After 10pm, especially on the balcony, please keep it down—we have neighbors (and they’re not into techno at midnight). Repeated noise = possible early checkout. Not ideal for anyone. 🙅 Guests = booked guests. Only the number of people on your reservation may stay. No extra visitors, sorry! Want to invite someone for a quick drink? Ask us first—we’re nice, just not psychic. ⏰ Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unless you tell us in advance you need a bit more time to hug the bed goodbye. Late checkout without notice = €20/hr fee, which goes straight to our patient cleaning crew. 🐾 Pets? Yes, but... Max 2 small pets. Keep them clean and well-behaved.
