Margarita in Miami Beach

The cozy Margarita apartment in Miami Playa has sea views and a privileged location next to Casa dels Lladres Beach, one of the longest and widest in the city. Apartment for 6 people, located in a residential area, close to numerous coves, and a few minutes from the city center where you will find all kinds of services. If you are looking for accommodation facing the sea, Margarita is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days with your family. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, all of them with single beds: 3 and 2 single beds in total. Living-dining room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and access to a large furnished terrace with beautiful sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, sink, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, and complete kitchenware (crockery and basic kitchen utensils). *You will NOT find consumables in the apartment (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, hygiene and cleaning products, etc.). There is only one bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is rented with sheets, blankets and hand towels. *You will NOT find bath towels or pool towels. Air-conditioned. There is no Wi-Fi or parking. Pets are allowed for a supplement of 6€ per pet per day, subject to prior notification to reception. Guest access Miami Playa is the quintessential family destination on the Costa Dorada thanks to its calm atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a holiday with children. Along the promenade there are numerous restaurants, beach bars, playgrounds and a wide range of nautical activities. There is public parking area in the surroundings (free and paid). Other things to note The reception and delivery of the keys is at RENTALMAR at Vaixell street, nº 3 of Miami Playa. The reception hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you arrive outside these hours you will find a contact telephone number. Arrival: Key collection from 5:00 p.m. Departure: Return of keys until 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will always be subject to availability and paying a supplement of 30€. To be consulted directly with the reception. Please note that the accommodation includes sheets and hand towels but does not include bath or pool towels, nor will you find consumables (food, hygiene or cleaning products) inside the apartment. There is no Wi-Fi. Upon arrival you must pay a refundable security deposit of 200€ by blocking the credit card, which will be returned on departure after checking the apartment. Tourist tax: adults 1,10€ per person and night, children under 17 years of age exempt. The apartment must be returned collected and tidy (with the kitchenware clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the public roads). Pets are allowed for a supplement of 6€ per pet per day, after prior notification to reception. We accept bookings from groups of young people. The rules of coexistence must be respected and the neighbours must not be disturbed. Parties, noise and uncivil behaviors are not tolerated. *Failure to comply with the rules in the accommodation may be grounds for expulsion from the property and/or retention of the deposit.
