Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars. The space The house features three floors. The ground floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom, a spacious and luminous living room overlooking the sea and a large, fully equipped modern kitchen. The first floor is configured into a large, en suite bedroom with its own Jacuzzi and private living area. There is also a balcony with a breathtaking view to the sea. The second floor consists of one cozy singe bedrooms, which is en suite, one more bedroom with two singe beds and a very luminous double bedroom overlooking the sea. There is a modern bathroom on this floor too. The house offers a unique outside area with its own private pool and an amazing view to the sea. There is no doubt that anyone living in this house will spend most of the day (and night) here. It is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation during the day and for barbeques and cocktail drinking at night, under the stars and if you are lucky, under the full moon. What is great about this house is that it is just right by the sea, so you will forget what the noises of a city sound like. Yet, it is only a fifty minute drive from Athens city center, 9 km away from the Temple of Poseidon, 4 km away from the town of Lavrio and a few km away from some of the nicest and cleanest beaches of Attica. Therefore, depending on your interests and how you want to spend your vacation, the location of the house and its facilities can satisfy anyone’s needs. The beach Panormos (Pounda Zeza) is only 3 minutes away by car and is long and sandy so you can swim and sunbath there. There is a small cafeteria there where you can buy drinks and snacks. Regardless, the beach is beautiful to swim and chill there and it gets crowdy during the weekends. There are also a clump of trees to spread your towel in the shade! About 8-20km away, approximately 10-30 minutes drive, there are also some of the most beautiful beaches of Attica like Aegeon beach, Harakas, Cape Sounio, Mavro Lithari, Anavissos and more.
