Located beachfront in the neighborhood is a community pool as well as a gazebo area. An ideal spot for relaxation when coming off of the beach. One bonus to staying on the southern end of the Cape is that you are very near the start of the bike path that stretches all the way down to the State Park on the northernmost end. It’s a fantastic place to ride bikes or go for a run/walk. Salinas Park Bayside is less than a mile away and offers beach volleyball, screened-in grilling areas, a fire pit and a kayak/paddleboard launch into the head of St. Joseph Bay. Woofs and Waves is a one-story, single level two bedroom home which makes access convenient and comfortable. There is as much living area outside as there is inside, so you’re sure to enjoy both. Under the house you’ll find a grilling area ideal for cooking family meals. On the main level, there is both a screened-in deck as well as an open, covered deck. In addition, you’ll find a widow’s walk above the house perfect for sunbathing. The best part is that you’ll be able to enjoy views of both the St. Joseph Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from up there.
