This property is a beautiful 3-story house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests located in a quiet, newly developed, residential area in Southwest Las Vegas. The McCarran Airport, Las Vegas Strip, and the South Premium Outlets are only a 10-15 minute drive away. The Arroyo Market Square (Walmart, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Home Depot, and more), Albertsons, CVS, coffee shops, boba/milk tea shops, and LOTS of restaurants/take-out options are nearby (~5 minute drive)! The space The main floor is the 2nd floor of the house with a large, open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner stovetop, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, bowls, plates, utensils, mugs, and cups. The 2nd floor also has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a full-sized bathroom with bathtub. On the 1st floor: a master bedroom and bathroom, walk-in closet, second living room, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands that have drawers. The master bathroom has a double vanity and shower (no bathtub) with a large walk-in closet to the side. The laundry room has a washer (detergent and fabric softener provided) and dryer. On the 3rd floor: the second master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large dresser. The master bathroom has a double vanity and shower (no bathtub) with a large walk-in closet to the side. There is a 2-car garage as well as space for an additional 2 cars to park on the driveway. An RV or extra large van (over 12 people) cannot park on the property at anytime. This home is perfect for family reunions, business groups, and vacation.
