-A beautiful built cottage with love for its excellent green environment, renovated with stone, overlooking the Thesprotic mountains and Mount Tomaros (Olytsika) - Combining tradition and design, we preserved the original structure of the house with love for its history, combining the old with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort. - Ideal place to relax and all this with autonomy and privacy for both couples and families. The space -The residence is located at the bottom of the village of Derviziana of the Municipality of Dodoni, Prefecture of Ioannina, overlooking the Thesprotic mountains and Mount Tomaros (Olytsika), in an excellent place to escape, read, hike on several beautiful routes. -It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, with double beds, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen - living room in which there is a sofa bed. Central heating is served by a wood stove (with water boiler) which heats the radiators in all areas. The fireplace in the second bedroom is currently non-functional. The wood, as well as all the accessories, are provided by the host with detailed instructions. -Outside there is a covered private terrace with a wooden monastery-style dining area allowing for a family meal in an open space. Also a courtyard both paved and planted with lawn-grass for carefree stays of guests and especially children. -The house is surrounded by grass and a multitude of trees and flowers on two levels, making your stay peaceful. Two vehicles can be parked within the fenced area. -The house is bordered by two large privately owned plots of land that you can visit for walking, even giving the opportunity for experiential contact with domestic-productive animals, as well as for playing with children and our two-legged friends. Within the boundaries of the above plots, a small river passes, allowing for a little exploration. - Sometimes the hosts will be around to work in their garden and can help discreetly if you need anything or you can always contact them by phone. In the village there are two tavernas-cafes, which offer meals with organic products at affordable prices. Within these stores you can also find Mini Market products. Guest access In all the interior spaces of the house, as well as in the exterior (yard, balcony, lawn, parking).
