Bayfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with Bayfront decks, a private dock on Assawoman Bay. Fabulous views and sunsets, and bayfront patios. The Bayfront sunroom has the illusion of being on a houseboat because it is 1 foot from the water, with 180 degree bay views, and absolutely breathtaking sunsets every night. You may see dolphins swimming and breaching in the bay, crabbing and fishing is free from the private dock as no license is required. Check in and out days in season are Fri and Mon only The BayAngel is located on a wide expanse of the Assawoman Bay with views into Delaware and the Route 90 bridge. Directly across the water are several islands. The birds, ducks, fish, and crabs are right there and dolphins run up and down the bay right off the private dock. The house has bay views from every room but most impressively from the decks, sunroom (everyone's favorite room), living room, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen. The light inside the house from all of the windows is very spirit lifting to me and the sound of the waves and birds is very calming and peaceful. It is a great place to relax and energize. Sheets, towels, and toiletries are not provided. They can be rented online or I can provide them for a fee. Access to the house is available at your convenience any time the day of check in after 3 PM. Before and after check in and before and after checkout. Anytime the guests have questions during reasonable hours. The neighborhood is family friendly with wide streets for plenty of parking and room to ride bikes, roller blade or other street activities. There are two community pools, two tennis courts, and a miniature golf course available for guests. There is a community bay front boardwalk and a pond and nature preserve with a 1/2 mile walking path around it. The house is one mile from the ocean at 130th street. There are activities all around. Northside Park is located right. Ext door with many year round activities including tournaments a playground and walking paths. Assateague State Park is close by where you may see the wild horses. Ocean City Maryland has the best bus system that runs up and down Ocean Hwy all day and night every few minutes for only $3 per day!!! Get on and off as many times as you like. There are also taxi's and Uber available, bikes, motor scooters, boats, jet skiis, paddle boards, too that may be rented. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric mixer, and electric fryer.
