Condo in Vienna

Our bright, modern and comfortable furnished apartment is located in the western region of Vienna. There is enough space for larger families or a group of friends - but also couples will enjoy our luxury bathroom and the romantic fireside. The space If you enter the flat you'll find on the right-hand side a modern and luxury bathroom with a big open shower and a comfortable bathtub. On the left side you'll find a small place for the washing machine, ironing board and cleaning utensils. Alongside is the discrete toilet. Then you reach the 60sqm open kitchen, dining area and living room with garden view. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle pot and other usual kitchen utilities. The green sofa in the living room is also a sleeping berth for 1-2 persons, if you're a group of 7 or 8. From this room you can enter the 2 seperate sleeping rooms. In sleeping room 1 you'll find a king-size bed (180 cm) with 2 seperate mattresses and we can put a travel crib into this room - there is also a writing desk located. Sleeping room 2 includes a full-size bed (140 cm) and also a fold-away sofa bed (140 cm). Towels, tea towels and bed linens are provided. A baby crib can be provided on request at no extra charge. Guest access If you book this flat, you have the whole loft alone at your disposal - it doesn't matter how many guests you are. Other things to note Dear guests, in the light of recent events: please leave the apartment tidy, broom-clean and relocate things back to where you found them at your arrival.
