The Ranch Estate Red Barn Ranch is a gated, park-like property composed of three distinct spaces designed to create comfort, flexibility, and entertainment for large groups. Main House – 6 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms The main residence is a spacious single-level home with no entry stairs, making it comfortable for guests of all ages. Designed with modern rustic style, the home features welcoming gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen suited for shared meals or private chef experiences, and multiple living areas where guests can relax between activities. Smart TVs throughout and large seating areas make it easy for groups to gather together. Industrial Mini Mansion – Detached 7th Bedroom This private guest retreat offers a queen bedroom, kitchenette, full bath, and a 60" smart TV lounge — perfect for couples, grandparents, or guests who prefer a little extra privacy during their stay. Seasonal Heated Pool From March through May, the pool can be heated to approximately 80–82°F for comfortable swimming (weather dependent). • Pool heating available for $100/day (2-day minimum) • Please confirm heating at least 5 days prior to arrival • Pool requires approximately 24 hours to reach temperature A thermal pool cover helps retain warmth and improve efficiency. Spa • Two consecutive hours of spa heating are included daily. • Additional spa heating is available for $25 per hour. Many of the products provided throughout the home — including soaps, shampoos, and cleaning supplies — are organic and cruelty-free. The on-site farm stand (@minibarnmarket) is located near the back entrance of the property and offers fresh eggs, seasonal produce, sourdough, and other farm goods.
