It is a quaint neighborhood of charming older homes and a beautiful park with tennis and basketball courts , pool, walking trails and more just across the street. Enjoy easy access to the Walton Art Center, Dickson Street bars and eateries, the farmers market , plus easy walk to University games and events. House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken) - No pets - No parties - No smoking on or inside property This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. PARKING: We only provide ONE parking pass for ONE car. Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, parking with the flow of traffic. Guests can use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out, you will be charged a $300 replacement fee. Guest access This apartment is located in the basement portion of a home (that has a full time tenant) designed especially for a separate exterior entrance apartment. The apartment is around 1300 sq. feet on one level and has a front entrance with porch seating. A code will be provided to access the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided. Any additional vehicles will need to pay for parking. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit. Other things to note Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check-in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check-in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
