The space The atypical house is arranged on three levels, with stairs that do not allow accessibility to very young children or people with reduced mobility. On the first floor: - Living room opening onto the terrace with double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV. - Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with: dining table and chairs, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm - Bathroom with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor : - Bedroom 2: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm and storage space. Office space and sea view.
