The apartment is very spacious (135 sq.m. or 1500 sq.f - the main floor and 100 sq.m. or 1,078 sq.f. - the roof terrasse with amasing view over the ocean and mountains ). It faces the ocean and beautifully set garden with the pool area. The ceilings are high and huge glass window-doors which gives a lot of breeze and fresh air in the apartment. The project has a private parking for each apartment. You have the exchange of drinking water at the gates. For comfortable and relaxing stay we have working hours for the pool. The WiFi is free and working on the whole territory of the complex. The area is very private and quiet. The main highway is 400 yards (meters) away from the project so its doesn't bother. In the area there are 2 restaurants with bars and ice cream café. From the downtown of Cabarete it is 5 minute drive. The project is inside the very green area and has a beautiful garden with fruit trees. To get to and from the apartment you can use taxi, motoconcho (a moto taxi) , local bus or a rented car. It takes about 3-5 minuts to get to the center of the town (bus takes about 10 minutes). Electricity is paid separately by the countermeter. Video surveillance is conducted on the territory
