Come and stay in Y Ffau, a gorgeous little caravan

Y Ffau is set in its own garden space with a permanent fence and an outdoor patio/seating area. Situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Knighton, ideally placed for countryside walks and exploring Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with its cute little shops and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Makes the perfect base for exploring the area. PLEASE NOTE there is no cooker installed. Alternatives are provided. Not suitable for children. The space Y Ffau (The Den) is situated in our garden but is on its own separate piece of garden with bamboo screening, please note it is not fully enclosed so pets must be kept on a lead at all times - a tether hook is provided. PLEASE NOTE: the caravan is not suitable for children as it is not big enough to house a travel cot or similar. There is a private patio area with seating, surrounded by colourful flowerbeds, trees and shrubs. There are some slabs for stepping stones but please be careful as sometimes these become slippy. Inside there is a seating area which doubles as either two single beds or one small double bed (single bed linen provided as standard - please confirm before your stay whether you prefer double bed linen as we keep this in the house). There is a table unit that can be extended. There is also a free standing table provided which is housed in the bathroom. The television is Freeview only but the television does play DVDs. There is a kitchen area with a portable two-ringed electric hob, a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. We also have a good range of restaurants, pubs and takeaways in the town (details provided in your welcome sheet). Other amenities include pegs and a small window drying rack plus an iron and table top ironing board, some complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and condiments and bottled water. The bathroom is a good size with toilet, shower and wash basin, also a small built-in wardrobe. A hairdryer and complimentary soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided together with towels and bedding. There is lots of storage space throughout the caravan which is in lovely condition for it's age but there are the inevitable marks and scuffs which add to it's character. Guest access There is a parking space available on our driveway which is secure. Knighton has a train station and some limited bus services. The town is a 10 minute stroll away if you feel in the mood for a wander. We are surrounded by green fields, lovely views, fantastic walks, nature and wildlife - perfect for exploring.
