BDR 1-The master suite is huge with sliders to the balcony overlooking the private lake and the resort boardwalk. AMAZING VIEWS!! Just Dreamy! BDR 2-The guest room is spacious with NEW 2 twin beds. Smart TV. BDR 3-The bunk room is oversized with a window and built-in armoire and 2 regular sized twin mattresses. There is a smart tv on the wall. LR- Queen Sofa bed- cable in LR only and smart TV. Better suited for small children. ** there is also a pack n play available upon request- Graco Pack and Play On the Go Playard | Includes Full-Size Infant Bassinet, Push Button Compact Fold, Stratus , 39.5x28.25x29 Inch There is NO DOOR on the bunk room. 2nd FULL Bath across hall. Guest access You can walk anywhere within the resort with a 10 min stroll. RESORT BEACH ENTRANCE - This property is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico- there is a crosswalk to the resort gated entrance to the boardwalk to the beach. where you will use your resort RFID bracelet to unlock the gate. Please note the gate is heavy, as it is solid metal, so give it a good push. There are also several other public beach entrances close by. This is the place to be- walk to most attractions and the famous Pineapple Willy's! Need groceries? Walmart is right across the street as well or have it delivered! Other things to note **fitness room temporarily closed due to repairs and enhancements. No further updates at this time. 12/25 You will have the entire condo to yourself. There is a separate fee of ($100.86) to the resort. the resort package grants you access for up to 8 guests wristbands and 2 parking passes. The wristbands will grant you access to 5 pools (1 heated seasonally) 2 hot tubs and gym for the ENTIRETY of your stay. ** There is a $35 replacement fee for LOST OR STOLEN wristbands** **********This fee is PER RESERVATION (NOT PER PERSON)************** Resort Bracelets are required for guests ages 12 and up to wear at all times while on resort property.This resort ONLY allows registered guests to utilize the amenities. From time to time there will be maintenance and/or enhancements to our beautiful resort that may cause an amenity to experience a temporary closure or a potential for noise. This is out of the Owners control and there will be no refunds. We make things right but do not order refunds or concessions. Please report any maintenance or cleaning issue’s immediately. Any short-term recreational rentals, including scooters, bubble cars/scoot coops and golf carts are prohibited on the resort property. During Peak Season March, May-September you should expect longer than normal wait times for the elevators. Expect a 5-10 min stroll to get around the resort.
