A former farm surrounded by olive groves and rural landscapes, where time slows down and the days flow between natural light, clean air and slow rhythms. The rooms are cozy and bright, furnished with vintage taste and attention to detail, in balance between simplicity and comfort. The outdoor spaces invite you to relax and reconnect with nature. The space Our home, located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, offers a cozy and comfortable environment, perfect for a romantic stay or to work remotely. The rooms and hospitality Le Piracante has two intimate and quiet rooms, designed for a relaxing and regenerating stay. The rooms are separated by a common space dedicated to breakfast and moments of relaxation, where you can read, work calmly or simply enjoy the silence. The rooms are bright, furnished with vintage taste and attention to detail, in balance between simplicity, comfort and character. There is no TV: a conscious choice to encourage rest and disconnection. Books, board games, and spaces that invite creativity and slowness are available to guests. Outside, the common courtyard is ideal for sitting, relaxing, observing the landscape or enjoying a drink, immersed in the quiet of the countryside. The upper floor of the farmhouse is for the private use of the owners, guaranteeing guests privacy, tranquility and a discreet and respectful atmosphere. Guest access We welcome our guests personally, with care and availability, to make you feel immediately at ease and accompany you with simplicity at the beginning of your stay. Private, convenient and safe parking is available at the entrance to the property. Guests can also enjoy a common space dedicated to breakfast, snacks and moments of relaxation, to be enjoyed independently and in peace. The courtyard and outdoor spaces are accessible and designed for breakfast during the summer, with some ideal spots to work remotely, take a break outdoors, have a chat or enjoy quiet moments immersed in the countryside. During your stay, we are always available for advice, information, and suggestions, while ensuring privacy, discretion, and respect for each guest's schedule. During your stay We welcome our guests in person, showing them the house and explaining the services available. During your stay, we are always available and accessible if needed, while guaranteeing privacy, discretion, and autonomy. Other things to note The property is designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with only two rooms. For this reason, we do not accept children under the age of 12, except in exceptional cases to be agreed in advance, as we are not equipped to accommodate them safely. We're unable to accommodate guests' pets. In fact, we live on the property with three dogs, three cats, and some free-range chickens, and some outdoor areas are shared. Our animals live with us in the private spaces and outside and do not access the enclosed areas of the B&B. They are peaceful and sociable, always under our supervision, so you can meet them during your stay. Le Piracante is located in a hilly position, about 3 km from the historic center of Caiazzo and the same distance from Ruviano. The last stretch of road is a paved road but narrower than the main streets; the last meters are not paved. It is generally not difficult, but we recommend that you proceed calmly. At night, the final stretch is not illuminated. These characteristics contribute to the silence and tranquility of the place, away from traffic and noise.
