Guest Suite w/ Private Bathroom

1- We have a shoes off policy in the house. 2- The Guest Suite has a 50” TV (with free Amazon Prime and YouTube videos), a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot for your private use. 3- The Kitchen upstairs is for “casual use” only. Cooking INDIAN food or spicy foods is prohibited. The space The Guest Suite bedroom has a queen size bed, with 2” memory foam, separate heating pad controls, a ceiling fan, a dresser, a 50” Smart TV (complete with Amazon Prime & YouTube), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a clothes rack to hang up your things. Guest Suite's cozy bedroom is connected to the library sitting room with a writing desk, sofa, as well as a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. Guest access There are motion lights that come on at night to help find your way. You get a private entrance code for the front door that is unique to you and will also open your bedroom door. Guests can park in the driveway on the right side of our driveway if space is available, or on the street in front of the house. During your stay The Guest Suite is like a separate apartment with a shared entrance. You don't even have to come upstairs if you need alone time. Your hosts Scott and Eunnie can be available as needed, but respect your privacy. Other things to note We have a shoes off policy in all carpeted areas. The heating & air system provides constant air circulation and has a high quality MERV13 in-duct air filter as well as a UV Light to cleanse the air of any germs and viruses. Each room is vented and disinfected between rentals.
