Large 14x12 bedroom with private bath, outdoor area w/ umbrella & BBQ, Internet, e- bike avail, cable TV, streaming apps, free parking, 12 min drive to downtown, walk to mall & SD trolley. The space Electric Car charging port available overnight Computer desk in living room Fireplace in great room Guest access Kichen is available for light meal prep, toaster over and microwave. No grease or strong odor food please. Snack and breakfast tray available each day. Laundry is available for $3 donation towards water and electricity. OWNERS bedroom and office is at the far end of the house, this is the only area PRIVATE, and this back area has a motion camera when I am out. It only works in my private areas, no common areas. During your stay If you need something during your day, please text me or use the Airbnb app and preferable. Other things to note There is a RING doorbell, with video and text alerts. RING if you need to reach me for any reason. I live on site, in the very back at the end of a long hall.
