Beautiful mallorca Villa with big pool wifi & BBQ

Beautiful house with great architectural beauty with garden and big private swimming pool, ping pong, Barbecue, Jacuzzi and Wifi, located in full nature next to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, World Heritage Site. This house has 350m2 and it is near Alaró village. There is wifi, air conditioning and heating included in the price. The space Many years ago, "Son Jordi nou" was a small house that I inherited from my grandparents. My father was an architect and he reformed it to become a rural tourism house for 12 people. It is a quiet place, surrounded by trees and several garden spaces where you can gather a group of friends or several families, and can enjoy common spaces to meet but also small corners where each one can find its own space. That's why it has private terraces, solarium and several different garden spaces. Also, there is a big swimming pool and a nice barbacue to enjoy of the nature and good meals with friends and family. It's near to everything but also isolated so you will have no noise. But by car you can reach several villages around, and in 20min you are in the center of Palma de Mallorca. There is a train at 5min that you can use without having a car. So it is a very nice and comfortable place for everyone in the family. Guest access The house has 6double bedrooms and 6bathrooms (three with a bath and three with shower), 1Jacuzzi,1 solarium outside with a shower (hot/cold water). Upstairs there is a suite with a double bed, private terrace, and a bathroom with a jacuzzi and mountain views to the Sierra de Tramuntana, Human World Heritage. Also there is a double bedroom with private bathroom (and bath), a balcon with views to the pool and to the mountains. And also there is an area perfect for children: two smaller bedrooms which share a bathroom. There are 2 individual beds in each of them and direct access to the solarium and swimming pool from one of them. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with direct access to the outside. Each one has its own bathroom (with shower, one of them is a steam shower). Downstairs there is also the dining room, and a bathroom for visitors, the entrance and a big kitchen with a barbecue inside, perfect for winter. You can use the whole house and the bedrooms that you have rented, the other will be closed. You can use the whole garden and finca 12.500m2. In the house you will find 2 barbacues, one in the garden and the other one in the kitchen. There are also 2 fireplaces. There is one bath with jacuzzi, another with steam shower and an amazing solarium with shower to sunbathe and direct access to the swimming pool. In the swimming pool there is a hot and cold shower too. Other things to note ALL INCLUDED except Touristic tax + Deposit+ Electricity (a huge amount included but there is a counter and the excess will have to be paid) (Included: cleaning, bed linen, towels for bath and pool, internet wifi, heating or air conditioning and certain amount of wood, also collection or garbage twice a week and maintenance garden and swimming pool) Touristic tax: 12€ x night Low season (1Nov-30march) //24€ x night High season (1April-31oct) Deposit: 1.000€ x week (this is to discount the electricity consumed and possible damages in the house). Electricity: On arrival we write down the reading of the electricity meter and on departure too. And then we discount the amount consumed from the deposit and refund the rest. BEFORE ARRIVAL: You have to sign the booking agreement and send a picture of all passports of all people who will sleep at the house. Also everyone has to fill the touristic tax documents. OPTIONAL: Stays of 10days or 2weeks: You can add a second cleaning and laundry service. Price of cleaning 250€ (3hours/3people). Laundry: price between 80 and 200 eur depending on the amount of bedlinen/towels to wash. We send the invoice on the last day of departure and we discount the correspondent amount from the deposit. ATENTION PLEASE!! VERY IMPORTANT: WE DON'T RENT THIS HOUSE FOR BIG EVENTS OR WEDDINGS. WE DON'T ALLOW BIG PARTIES WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE. MAXIMUM PEOPLE: 12. We don't rent the house to young groups who come for partys or intending to make noise at night. After 00:00a.m it's not possible to play loud music. Minimum age of the person in charge: 25 years old. TIMETABLES: If you book 1weekend in low season and there are no people before and after your stay, you can choose the check in and check out time, you only have to make an agreement with the owner. Normal timetables in high season specially: CHECK IN: 16p.m (or after this time) CHECK OUT: At 10.00a.m the house has to be empty of luggage and people (if there are clients arriving on the same day, if not, we can adapt to the preferred time of the clients).
