Ten minute walk to METRA train station, grocery store, restaurants, PACE bus. Looking for monthly guests. The bedroom has a full sized bed and room for another air mattress, crib, playpen or hanging clothes. There are two chests of drawers, a private closet, washer and dryer are full sized and on the same level. The Jacuzzi tub can comfortably fit two, there's a new vanity in that bathroom and the upstairs guest is quiet. You will have access to the Ecobee 4 thermostat, with smartphone app control. You will have access to the kitchenette, washer and dryer in laundry room, sheets, pillows, blankets, deluxe bathroom, outdoor grill, kayaks, fire pit, front and backyard, outdoor deck, large open space, outdoor picnic tables and chairs, etc. Recently upgraded 75 Mbps Wi-Fi Internet, plus Direct Stream TV cable. I live nearby and come by once in awhile to check on things and will visit any day or night when needed. I'm a very responsive SuperHost that usually responses within 5 minutes of a call or text. The street and yard has a rustic feel and there are lots of woods. The neighbors are respectful and the 'no outlet' block is quiet. When entering from Belmont Road, be sure to go east (fyi) because the street sign for Wisconsin Ave is small and there is no traffic light. In the early summer the lightning bug show in the backyard cannot be missed! Don't forget to ask me for the free Alter Brewery Micro Brewery drink coupon (if I didn't leave it out for you). You can walk to the Belmont Road train station stop in 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. You may leave your (up to) 3 cars in my driveway, or can park for free most of the time near the station (after 11AM and all weekends). Also, UBER and Door Dash knows where my house is. You can take the METRA - BNSF train, 5 minutes walk away, directly to Union Station in Chicago east or to Naperville or Riveredge Park in Aurora to the west. Thalia (music) Hall is at the Halsted stop going east. The site of the oldest golf course in America is a short walk away. You can play nine holes at the Downers Grove Golf Club for just $20. Umbrellas are available in the hallway along with extra kitchenware, tables, towels, sheets, pillows, washcloths and everything else is available upon request.
