LargeRoom with a private bathroomin a Safe Area

Our property is located in one of the safest aneighborhoods in the Bay Area. The room is on the second floor with over 200 square feet of living space and large windows to allow sunlight. The room has a queen size bed, a desk, and a walk in closet. There's a private bathroom with a bath tub next to the bedroom. It's five minutes walking distance to a nearby park, about five minutes driving to the GYM, and ten minutes driving to the Freeway. The space Community kitchen, diningroom, living living room, and the laundry room are available to all of our guests. During your stay My cohosts and I will be present at the property from time to time. You can text me if you have any questions. Other things to note There's no big oven available (only a toast oven), and no pets are allowed for any reason. There will be an extra fee for more than two guests.
