The space you will enjoy This spacious 5 bedroom home is the perfect place to create new family and friends memories. You wont want to leave this home! We have decorated it and filled it with high-end furnishings. This home has 2 floors with the master on the main floor. It has a Sleep Number bed to dial into your comfort, a Smart TV, and a recliner to escape and watch TV alone. The master on suite features a walk in closet, 2 sinks, a stand alone shower and a large soaking tub. You are sure to enjoy this beautiful space! King 1 upstairs bedroom is a tucked away in its own area with good space. Featuring its own Apple TV and a shared upstairs bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub in it for your relaxation. King 2 upstairs bedroom is across from the master bedroom. This bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a smart TV and shares the upstairs bathroom. Welcome into our Formal Living room located right off of the entry way. This space has high end leather furniture, a large reclining couch and a rocker recliner. This living room is great to enjoy a nice visit around the fireplace with family and friends. A large Fully equipped Kitchen/Dinning area awaits you with a amazing 60 inch Wolf range surrounded by high end Brazilian Granite. The range has 6 burners, a large gridle, and 2 ovens! It is wonderful to bake and cook with for large or small groups. The Samsung Refrigerator has a ice maker and freezer flex space. The Bosch Dishwasher is a delight to have for those pesky dishes. Enjoy baking with a chefs delight Kitchen Aid mixer and all you could need for baking or cooking. In the corner of the kitchen sits a large walk in pantry to hold all of your cooking needs. The round dinning table has 6 chairs and a extra leaf in the entry closet if needed. Enjoy this wonderful kitchen! The laundry room has the largest washer and dryer Samsung has to offer to get all of your laundry done on your vacation. In this area you will find cleaning supplies, rags, iron w/ ironing board, and broom and mop. Come down stairs to a large Family Room that you will enjoy watching games, or movies or even using for extra sleeping space. Your little kids will enjoy the indoor playhouse w/ slide on those hot or cold days. Walking into the open area on the other side of the Family room sits a room filled with fun, a pool table, a Smart TV w/ a Wii play station, and a wall of cabinets full of toys, games, and craft supplies. King bedroom #2 has a high firm plush mattress that sits on a high end 4 post bed frame. It is a very comfortable space. King bedroom #3 has a firm pillow top mattress that sits on a taller frame. This is the smallest king room but is still a comfortable room. King bedroom #4 is the largest of the downstairs bedrooms. This bedroom has very high end furnishings as well. This mattress is a firm pillow top. This room has a antique vanity and a crib for the families with small children. Bathroom #3 is the downstairs bathroom that all bedrooms share and the larger one of the two. It has a shower/bathtub combo and a lot of counter space. Our back deck and Yard. The deck has the grill and 3 rocking chairs to enjoy the evenings on. The back yard has a lot of room and things to do for the kids, there is room to play in the grass, or on the inground trampoline, or the large play set that adults can use as well. All guests are required to read over and agree to all rules via Airbnb message platform. Guest access Guests have access to most everything but not the garage. We do allow it to be used in the winter due to cold and snowy weather. This is our full time home that we rent out while we travel. There will be no lobby or attendant at the house to greet you this is a complete self-check in process. You will receive a unique door code the day of arrival that will allow you to enter at the check-in time.
