Spacious room with fresh neutral colors for a relaxing atmosphere. A nice sitting area to read or have your morning coffee and Private entrance to a fenced back yard that is safe for your pooch. A queen size bed for comfort, a large closet for your clothes as well as a large antique dresser for your use. A roll away cot is available if one child is staying. If you bring a pet, they must be house broke. There will be an extra charge for cleaning up animal waste. TY. Must be 25 years or older. The space Located in the country but close to the City and lakes. A favorite ice cream stand is only 2 miles down the road. The city of Lewiston Maine is only a 15 minute ride and the highway is just 4 miles away. Rt 126 is the main road to town and there are restaurants and convenient stores along the route. Please take note, WE are in the country. Just 10 minutes out side of the City of Lewiston. Ty. I get that sometimes we are a bit difficult to find. Unfortunately we are not able to change our location. We will be closed for the month of April. And will reopen in May. We hope. Ty for checking out our site. Guest access The washer and dryer is available upon request (advanced notice is appreciated). Soap is available along with dryer sheets. An iron and board available (upon request). Please replace items when done. We have a house keeper that will clean the unit but it would be nice of you to straighten up the room before check out. A tip for her would be appreciated . During your stay Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Check out is 11 am. That will allow time for cleaning. I can greet you at the back door. The back door is on the right side of the house to the back. Second door. Porch light will be on if it is needed. If you are still not sure then just come to the front door and I will direct you to the proper entrance. Not a problem . ty Other things to note We will respect your privacy. If you need us for any thing you can call me on the cell phone or text.. We have a cat. If you are allergic to cats please dont bother to book. . . The cat doesn't have access to the room but cat hair sometimes travels. We now have a puppy. Please note that for insurance coverage all guests need to be registered. I will need to know how many people will be occupying the space. At this time there is no extra fees. Thank you for your patronage.
