The living room leads directly to the covered terrace with a view of the greenery. There is a large table with chairs on the terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom, which also has direct access to the terrace and the 24 m2 swimming pool. On the first floor, another bedroom has a bathroom and a roof terrace. In the living room there is a sofa that invites you to spend pleasant evenings with the TV. Internet access, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Two private parking spaces are located in a fully fenced yard. The villa is located in the center of southwestern Istria, on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 3 minutes from the house is the natural reserve Limski Kanal with two excellent fish restaurants and a pier from which wonderful boat trips depart. Near the villa, there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties. In addition to gifts for guests, there is also our home menu, where you will find numerous recommendations for great restaurants, beautiful sights and wonderful picnic spots.
