Our home encompasses the best of both summer and winter as we are located on the water and just minutes from Whaleback Mountain, Lake Sunapee, and an hour from Killington Ski Resort. Look no further, Black Bear Lodge is located minutes away from ----------------------------------------------- Whaleback Mountain (9 min) Mount Sunapee (28 min) Ragged Mountain (44 min) Killington Ski Resort (1hr 10min) ----------------------------------------------- For all of you summer renters, this home is right on Mascoma Lake and we provide kayaks and a paddle board for guests to enjoy all summer long! ----------------------------------------------- We have two living areas that you can enjoy, one on the first floor w/ a 60" LED TV and another in the basement with a 70" LED TV. With internet and cable in both rooms, you can always stay connected. A ping pong table is provided for you to enjoy as well! ----------------------------------------------- Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Main Level Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed Upper Level Bedroom 1: 2 Queen Beds Upper Level Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds Lower Level Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds (4 twins) Lower Level Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING onto the campground docking area to the left of the house. We ask you to respect their privacy and space as the docks and beach area are RESERVED for CAMPGROUND members ONLY. PARK ONLY in our lot and do not trespass on our neighbor's lot, please! BE MINDFUL of the volume of your guests. We ask you to play music and keep the tone down to a moderate and respectful level. NO LOUD NOISES/MUSIC after 10:30 PM We do have security cameras in place to ensure the safety of our property. One is located in the front and another is located in the back. Lastly, please respect the neighbors surrounding our home and be mindful of music, noise level and etc.
