Happy Comfy Space in Historic Milford

Built in 1890 in a charming Victorian neighborhood, our peaceful home in historic Milford offers guests their own front-door entrance and living area. You are a block walk away from antique stores, one-of-a-kind gift shops, wine & bourbon bars, unique restaurants, live music, national bike and foot trails, a nature preserve, and the Little Miami River. We're only 4 miles from FC Cincinnati's Training Facility and Tata Consulting Services. And just 16 miles from downtown Cincinnati. The space This large, warm-blue bedroom gets rave reviews for its style and comfort. The Queen bed has a top-of-the-line 3" memory foam topper. Our front door is your private entrance. And the entire front of our two-story home (the original house) is for exclusive use by our guests. We live and work in a separate area that's attached to but not part of the original house. On the first floor is the parlor room (with HDTV/Netflix, YouTuve TV, Blu-ray player and movies, couch, piano, work area) and dining room (great place to enjoy your meals or work). The dining room is the only space in the guest area that we sometimes use ourselves. On the second floor are 2 guest bedrooms and 1 full, shared bath. Also included are a microwave, small fridge, and a coffee/tea bar. We do not allow in-room cooking; nor do we provide breakfast/lunch/dinner or kitchen facilities. But we do provide bottled water, coffee/tea, sweeteners, and the occasional treat in the fridge. The bathroom contains supplies like fresh towels, soaps/body wash, and shampoo. Extra supplies are in the bathroom closet. A hair dryer is in the drawer of the sink. Happy to host you and your pooch, we draw the line at hosting cats. Many guests are allergic so we appreciate if you leave your kitty at home when visiting us. Guest access You have full access to the parlor room, dining room, and entire upstairs (bedrooms and bath). Of those rooms, the dining room is the only space that we sometimes use ourselves. Not available to you is our main kitchen and the back addition of our home where we live and work. During your stay We live and work in a separate back area our home, so we are available 24/7. You will be given a key to the padlock on the front door and your bedroom door. Whenever you need anything from us, like recommendations, directions, or local info, just text, email, or call us. Other things to note If more than one room is booked while you're staying with us, please know that you'll be sharing a full bath.
