Sandy Point Beach Escape 1 bedroom apartment provides self-catering accommodation for up to 2 guests. Located within a 3 minute walk to Sandy Point's main surf beach. Ideal for guests visiting Wilsons Promontory National Park, Tarra Bulga National Park, Shallow Inlet Coastal Marine Park, Waratah Bay, Sandy Point Surf Beach and South Gippsland. Beach Escape is spacious, yet private, and is surrounded by native bush - mature tea-tree and wattle trees - as well as the sounds of the surf and birds. The space The space consists of a living area, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor covered decking. The bedroom consists of a queen sized bed. The living area includes a 6-seater table, 3-seater couch with 2 chairs and an entertainment centre with a flat screen TV. Fast and reliable internet is provided via a satellite service (Starlink). The kitchen contains a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop and electric fry pan. Access to a communal guest laundry and gas BBQ is provided on the ground floor. All windows are double glazed for comfort and noise reduction, a reverse cycle airconditioner is used for heating and cooling with additional heating in the bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment with the exception of the second bedroom (available to be booked as an alternative). Access to a communal laundry and gas BBQ is available on the ground floor, for two apartments and guests to use.
