Caribou Lodge is 5 star living at its best! Easy lake access and plenty of parking! This newer custom home has a huge and amazing outdoor area with a beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor living space all overlooking an incredible lake and mountain view! We offer a coffee bar, wine bar with a wine fridge, pool table and wetbar & mini fridge on main level of home. 3 beautiful king bedrooms and the 4th is a loft with a trundlebed (which is 2 singles) and a queen sofa bed. This weekend October 18th, 19th and 20th it is still relatively warm out, mid to high 60s! :) This luxurious lodge is the perfect place to escape the city and come for a quiet and relaxing retreat. Enjoy cooking in the chefs kitchen or unwinding in the many different inviting areas and finishing up your day and unwinding in of the spa-like bathrooms. 6 robes are provided, 2 for each of the 3 king rooms. The property features open ceilings with big beams and an open floor plan with a lot of space for a family get together or group of friends. This custom home is beautifully crafted and decorated with attention to detail and has everything you will need for an amazing getaway any time of the year! The whole home inside and out takes advantage of the incredible views. We have easy lake access, Lake Chelan State Park is only 1 mile from our house and has a public beach, boat launch, walking trails along the lake, picnic areas and a playground for kids. Our 2 acre lot has a drive through driveway with plenty of parking. Downtown Chelan is only a 15 minute beautiful drive along the lake. Some of the areas best wineries and restuarants are only 8 minutes away. Outside Pool Patio Area The outdoor space is an amazing private oasis! It is a huge and completely fenced area all done with pavers. The heated pool is gunite and the large jetted hot tub seats 8. There is a teak outdoor dining table and chairs under patio lights, there are multiple areas to lounge, sunbathe or relax, there is a large adjustable patio umbrella or a huge covered deck to find shade if you need it, there's a cabana (a sunlonunger for 2 with curtains) or a fire pit with 8 custom made wine barrel chairs around it. We also have an outdoor living area that has comfortable seating under a wood beam pergola with lights and curtains, all of this over looking beautiful Lake Chelan! Main House Main Floor The main floor of the house offers 2 back to back living rooms, 1 with a huge rock fireplace for catching up, or the other with a big comfy leather sectional for watching movies on a large flatscreen TV. In the same open space is a formal dining area for 8 (there are 2 matching dining room chairs in the garage to make 10). There is a gorgeous Chef's kitchen with a 6 burner Blue Star gas range and everything you need to cook like you were at home! There are 4 bar stools at the giant island. Attached to the kitchen is an additional little area that we call the coffee bar/wine bar for your morning coffee/espresso, toast and freshly squeezed orange juice, (oranges and oj press are included :) Dont forget some champagne for a mimosa! Main House Loft The large loft situated above the kitchen is used as our 4th bedroom and our game room. It makes a perfect additional sleeping area for kids (but adults can sleep here too). On one side of the loft there is a sitting area with a couch that pulls out to a queen bed with memory foam mattress, 2 chairs, coffee table, TV and an Xbox 360 with many games to entertain. One the other end of the loft there is a trundle bed which is 2 single beds, one rolls out from under the other. In the middle of these 2 sleeping areas is the poker table with seating for 8, 4 leather arm chairs and 4 addtional fold up chairs if needed to play poker, cards, board games or do puzzles. We have may decks of cards, poker chips, monopoly, clue, scrabble, yatzee, bingo, backgammon, cribbage, sequence and more, also there are several puzzles. Please note that there is no wall dividing the 2 sleeping areas in the loft, just quiet a bbit of space, therey are not right beside ech other. Perfect for kids. Main House Downstairs The downstairs is a daylight basement and has 2 of the 3 king bedrooms. The first bedroom is very large with a very comfortable king bed, TV, large closet with more then enough wooden hangers, large dresser, beautiful spa like bathroom with double sink vanity, 3 tiled walls, glass enclosed rain shower. This bedroom also has slider doors out to a patio with lounge chairs and a view. The 2nd king bedroom also has a super comfy king bed, TV, large closet with more then enough wooden hangers. This bedroom also has slider doors out to a patio with lounge chairs and a view. This bedroom does not have a bathroom inside, you must leave the bedroom and walk a few steps to access it. There is also an area in the day light basement that also has a comfy queen bed, it not a bedroom but rather just an addition sleeping space if needed. There is a rec-room down here as well outside of the bedrooms with a large leather sectional couch and a big screen TV. Off of the rec room is a full bathrrom with double vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this lower level. Billiards Room Located on the main level of the house between the dining room and the master suite. This room has big sliding doors that go to the outside dining area (which is the main picture on the listing). Playing pool with a view and mixing a drink at the wet bar is a great area to hang out and have fun. The bar has high ball, margarita, martini, moscow mule, shot and sake glasses to make all of your favorite drinks, it has a sink and a mini fringe to keep your sodas, beer or mixers cold! There is a half bath is off of this room as well. The Master Suite This area of the house is attached to the main house however it is completely private. There is a lockable door between the Suite and the Billiards room. this Suite is always part of your rental. This whole suite overlooks the pool and has an incredible lake and mountain view like the rest of the house. The bedroom in this suite is up the iron spiral staircase in the loft. The bedroom has a custom wrought iron Cal-king bed and a comfy queen sofa bed if there are young kids that want to sleep in the same bedroom as their parents. There is also as TV and walk-in closet up here. The main level of the master suite has a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, espresso maker and all the necessities to prepare amazing meals and inspire your inner chef. The living room has a comfy leather sectional and a propane stove to stay cozy during those snowy days with hot chocolate and a good book. There is also a big screen TV to watch your favorite movies. The amazing bathroom has high ceilings, 3 fully tiled walls and features a unique Spa-like glass enclosed shower room with big rain shower head and a free standing marble tub. Angelique L Ortiz Other things to note Items to Note: -This is Not a party house. -The pool is available from about mid April thru mid October most years depending on weather, we close the pool for the winter once it gets too cold and the heat pump can no longer keep up. At this time we also put most of the outdoor furntiture away. -The hot tub is available all year long. -The pool is kept at 88 degrees and hot tub to 102/103, if you would like me to adjust the pool tempature please let me know and I am more than happy to accomadate you. :) You have control of the hot tub. -The pool and hot tub are cleaned and maintained weekly on Mondays by a reputable pool company. -We provide pool towels and pool toys, we have different floaties, goggles, dive toys and a baby floatie with a sunshade and we also provide small life jackets for little ones if needed. -The home has alarms on all the doors that go to the pool area for young childrens safety, these can be turned off if no little ones are present. -The home does not have any personal items and is free of clutter. -We have a Tesla charger in the garage and there is a supercharging station in Entiat, 16 miles away. -We have a whole house Air Scrubber that is attached directly to our HVAC system. It is proven to reduce up to 99.9% of airborne and surface contaminants, including viruses and bacteria. -In the winter we keep the driveway plowed after every snowfall for year round access. -The house is very tastefully decorated for Christmas including a 12 foot lit tree, starting around Thankgiving thru mid January.
