Only 2 min. walk to hills + forest + green plains, perfect for kids, seniors and walking the dog. Only 20 min. walk from Aalborg City Centre. Nearest bus stop is a 3 min walk away. It goes to the to train station and downtown. Easy access to the house via motor way E45 – exit 24 Øster Uttrup Vej. Only 30 min drive to the popular beach areas Blokhus & Løkken. In Blokhus you will also find one of the biggest adventure parks in the country, Fårup Sommerland. The very popular attractions Aalborg Zoo and Leos Legeland is only 10 min drive away. The house is built in 1 plane, and is therefore very handicap friendly, as a wheel chair can move easy in and out all around the house + easy access the out door terrace. The garden is beautiful and private, and perfect for kids with trampoline, swing, green house, soccer goals and nature BBQ area. The large 1 plane terrace surrounds the house, and is perfect for out side BBQ & dining - and chill in the lounge area with gas heaters. A wheel chair can easily navigate the terrace and move around the house. The house is very spacious, built by local architect, a renovated gently by our selves during many years. Key highlights: large kitchen/lounge and huge living room + large dining room with space for 20 people. 4 bedrooms including 2 double adult beds + 1 single bed + 1 kids bed + 1 extra mattress and 2 toilets with shower. Cosy fireplace in the living room and wood in the garage. The living room is equipped with 50 inch. HD TV + Dolby 5.1 surround receiver + speakers. Media Center Amazon Fire TV + BluRay is plug & play. WIFI 50 mb. internet is available in the house + garden + terrace. Terrace area holds a Weber Summit E-470 BBQ Grill (largest model) and outside refrigerator for cold drinks. Outside dining tables and chairs are ready for use. The garage may hold - if we do not use them our selves - 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes, that can be used. We will not be staying in the house during your stay, but our family and neighbors will assist in any problems. The road to the house is private and quiet and very friendly for kids – using the bicycles. In the garden is a green house, where you during summer can pick fresh cucumber, tomato + chilli. You can also pick fresh strawberry during the summer - and many other berries and herbs.....great activity for the kids :-) Other things to note The house have a cosy fireplace, and there is plenty of wood in the garage.If you have bikes with you, the bike ride to Aalborg City Centre is easy and very beautiful - driving along the waterfront. Gas heaters are ready for out door cosyness in the terrace lounge area. If you arrive by train or bus to Aalborg, we may be able to pick you up and drive you to the house. In the kids rooms are plenty of toys for both boys and girls, and your kids can use these during your stay. OBS - In the one kids room is only a childrens bred bed up till 10 years and 1 extra mattress. Our next door neighbours are dear friends of ours, and can assist if any technical issues arise during your stay.
